There are towels you use, and there are towels that make people ask where you got it. These are the second kind — six feet of neon tropical art, findable from the water, findable from the bar.

But loud only works if the towel underneath actually holds up. So these are heavyweight, and they're two fabrics doing two different jobs. The print side is polyester, which is why the colours land vivid and stay vivid instead of going chalky by August — and why it dries while you're ordering another drink. The back is combed cotton loop, the long-fibre kind, and that's the part that feels good when you're lying on it. Soft where you need soft. Tough where you need tough.

No going transparent when wet. No blowing away in the first breeze. No thin, sad, hotel-gym texture after a dozen washes. Edges folded and sewn so nothing frays.
