Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Casa Santosha Art. Every piece starts as one of my paintings in Bocas del Toro and gets printed just for you when you order. Here’s how it gets to your door.

Where I Ship
I ship to the United States and Canada.

Free Shipping
United States: Free shipping on every order. No minimum.
Canada: Free shipping on every item marked Printed in Canada on its product page. Other items are printed in the US, and their shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where Your Order Is Made
I work with print partners in both countries. US orders are mostly printed in the US. Some items, like scarves, origami totes, market totes, carry-alls and aluminum prints, are printed and sewn in Montreal.

Canadian customers, look for Printed in Canada on the product page, or shop the Printed in Canada page. Those items are made in Canada and ship within Canada, so they never cross a border. That means free shipping, no customs and no brokerage fees.

Processing Times
Orders are made to order and take 2 to 7 business days to produce. Umbrellas take about 2 weeks. Holidays can add a few days. You’ll get an email when your order ships.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Carriers and holidays sometimes have their own plans.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
US orders: Items made in Montreal cross the border to reach you. Tariffs and import rules can change at any time and are out of my hands. If any duties, tariffs or fees are charged on delivery, the customer is responsible for them.
Canadian orders: Items marked Printed in Canada have no customs or brokerage fees. Items printed in the US do cross the border. Canada may charge GST/HST, and the carrier may add a brokerage fee when it’s delivered. Those charges aren’t included in my prices or shipping, and the customer is responsible for them.

If an Order Ships in More Than One Box
Your items are made by different print partners, so an order with more than one kind of item will often arrive in separate boxes, sometimes on different days. You’ll get tracking for each package.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are sent by email right away. Nothing ships.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check anytime on my Track Your Order page.

P.O. Boxes
Some carriers don’t deliver to P.O. boxes. If yours is one of them, I’ll reach out for another address.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or seems lost, email me within 7 days of delivery at jennifer@casasantosha.art. Send photos if it’s damaged, and include your order number. I’ll make it right.
