Collection: Red Frog Collection

The strawberry poison-dart frog in Panama is tiny—about the size of a dime—but its skin contains enough toxin to kill several humans if ingested. 🐸🔴 What’s bizarre is that in the wild, these frogs only become poisonous because of the specific insects and ants they eat; frogs raised in captivity without that diet are completely non-toxic.

Even stranger: these frogs are diurnal and extremely bold, often hopping around in bright red, yellow, or blue colors, basically advertising, “Don’t eat me—I’m deadly!” It’s like a tiny, living warning sign.
